Live micro-markets

Short-lived “will there be a goal before this window closes?” markets that settle during a live match — not at full-time. Each one snapshots the oracle’s current live score as a baseline the moment it’s created, and resolves by comparing that baseline against the oracle’s live score again once the window ends. The relayer feeds that live score on a poll loop straight from TxLINE; resolving is permissionless and refuses to run on a stale score (see resolve_inplay in the market program) — nobody, including us, can rush or fake a settlement here.
